Our Process

It begins and end with the most important element, the client

Our Process —Phase by Phase

We built our process around one promise: put clients first. Whether you’re remodeling a kitchen, a primary bath, adding space, or building a custom home, you’ll always know what’s happening, what it costs, and what comes next.

1) Client Consultation
2) 3D Design & Rendering
3) Architecture, Structural Engineering & MEP
4) Value Engineering (Get the Costs Right)
5) Construction
6) Close-Out & Walk-Through

  • Timeline overview and permitting path in Greater Austin

  • Clear next steps and decision roadmap
